 I understood what you were getting at Z. It was just that the article was so ridiculous I had to comment on it. Gods and demons can be looked upon as magical creatures and they are pretty much in Asia, that the connection can be correct.

Your right though that the Saiyans are assumed to be one race. We have many races here, but on the grand scale we are know as Earthlings because we live on Planet Earth. We can also be known as Terran. From what I understand the Saiyans aren't originally from Planet Vegeta. It was originally Tsufuru (reference to fruit btw. I love Toriyama's sense of humor Lol!) and the inhabitants were called that as well. I would also presume that the Saiyan's home planet was called Saiya, thus Saiyajin. Their new planet was named after their leader, an ancestor of King Vegeta.. In that case they could also be known as Vegetians.
