Super Saiyan Posts: 4,062 Group: Members Member #167 Joined: July 5, 2006	For those of us that want to change our names, we are unable to donate our money to someone so that it doesn't go to zero. AND I am wondering whether or not we are even going to be able to "buy" stuff with the money. Because if we aren't, then it won't matter.

It could be the scripts are messed up, or the code itself is just faulty like the Rep system was. Check back with in a couple of days and hopefully we'll have the situation rectified by then. Night Shift Admin Posts: 2,067 Group: Admin Member #17 Joined: April 16, 2006	Ok guys I found out whats wrong. I guess it's just a bug in the code. Viral has said it's a known bug and that it's been fixed in V.3 of the money system that should be out in a month or two. So Right now you can see how much money you and everyone else has by viewing there profile but until V.3 comes out thats the only way. Also I think I may have fixed the donations problem. I forgot to add the domain code that you have to create for the money system to work to the donation code. So I fixed that and I'm going to try it out right now. EDIT: V.3 is supposed to have a bank shop etc. EDIT2: Made a donation to SuperSaiyan3Goku he had $292 after the donation of $5 he had $297. I had to hit refresh after I made the donation for it to show up on his dollars area. EDIT3: Ok so since the money system only shows up in peoples profiles in this version I just turned off the ability to see it in topics. You can still see how much you and everyone else has by viewing profiles. Also the donation system does now seem to be working although it doesn't seem to be showing up in the donation log the people you send the money to will still get the money. If the member has not posted since the code's installation, it will say they are not in the member database.

Actually it was my fault from the beginning. I forgot to add the customdomain code to the donations page so it couldn't tell who anyone on our site was till I did that. Thats why it wouldn't work before not because of any bug or anything like that. I just missed some of the steps in the original setup when I was putting it on the forum.
