This is such great news though, this is the one movie that should defintiely be turned live action. It seems that anime movies really may become the next comic book movie with all these announcements coming out lately!

Hopefully, they lean to the side of a more mature theme for the film like they did for Ironman and TDK. I don't think I would go to much for cheesy. I wonder if they will get Yoko Kanno to do the soundtrack. Now that would be perfect.

People are worried about the music they will use for the movie. Cowboy Bebop was a great anime not just because the story was awesome but because the music was so good. Just like FLCL the music in the anime was just as big a part of it's success as the story. Everyone seems to be excited about this movie on every site I've seen. They think that it's an anime that can really be converted into live action, but the one thing I see over and over is "can they do the music of Cowboy Bebop justice?" I saw one person post "Get ready to see Spike fight to My Chemical Romance. The first time Faye shows up on screen, the latest pop princess song will be blaring.�
