Updated Sunday, December 7th
{BEGIN EDIT
Oak vs. Volchok is being uploaded to Youtube as I write this. I compressed it two different ways -- right now, I'm using a higher compression than usual, but it may give a better result. That, or Youtube's just wonky. Anyway, enjoy!

END Edit}

I posted the third video. It finally loaded all 550MB after taking 3 hours. I watched it. And then I was all like :NOWAI:

I've been trying out the various compression formats that Windows Movie Maker offers, and I've been testing out 4:3 and 16:9 schemes. For whatever reason, the compression I used on video 3 of this series was just CRAP. I deleted the video. I'm not going to re-post it at this time. Seeing as how the content (though I deemed it awesome) was mostly just my friends doing some great stuff, I figure it's not much of a loss in terms of this being a broadcast to an anime forum.

What I really want to put out there is Oak vs. Volchok, Alternate Universe Edition. The only reason why that has not been uploaded is that I need to dub just a few sentences because of the distortion recorded on the camera. And I don't like dubbing when other people are in the house. I'm a bit of a private person, when possible. Anyway, the dubbing will be done by the end of tomorrow, and I'll post OvV,AUE by Sunday.

THEN THE WEBCAST WILL MOVE ON.

Volchok and I have made preliminary plans to meet up on Friday to answer some of your questions.

There's also a contest in the works. We may be announcing it on Webcast 3, depending on how well I can write up instructions for the contest by then.

I'll be busy until December 18 with schoolwork and similar stuff, but I have some openings here and there. I hope Volchok and I will be able to devise and later provide you guys with some amusing content. I feel as if this webcast is an oddity -- it has very little in the way of direction, it has very little to do with anime, and it so far has had very little to do with this forum, with the Bonus Footage 17-post thread being the exception. Hopefully I can make changes to these issues over the winter break.

Concerning Webcast 3, though -- and this is important -- we'll finally be answering your questions. There's an appropriate thread to continue posting your questions, and for the time being, that thread is: HERE

--------------------------

Second Webcast

Part 1: (Link to Youtube page) Oak vs. Volchok, Earth Edition

Part 2: Oak vs. Salsa Man & Ending Credits

(Note, I switched to 16:9 published format for this one, but it was also at a higher compression. If you want to see video that looks better, go to the Youtube page, and click on the "Watch in HD" link below the video. I've noticed a large difference in quality.)

Oak vs. Volchok, Alternate Universe Edition

(Note, it still seems to be higher-quality on the Youtube page itself, in terms of less artifacts.)

My mind has been f***ed. Severely.

Ok, so the fight could have been better. And Aaron/Volchok, for the love of Bane- must you run away? I wanted to go in there and do it for you :P

So I am hoping that you guys do a lot more commentating without the people talking about Cocaine and Vanilla Coke in the background :)

Aaron should only say "Volchok" for the sake of everything. I lol'd each time you said that, bro.

Yeah, I thought Del was actually a foreigner. He didn't even speak English (or any human language) for 3/4s of it. lmao

actually, I love the commentary in the backround. MST3K style: quips about the action on the screen always crack me up.
GacktForever.

Nope. Gokuromario. He was always very emphatic on that point.

lol, I know. I was being sarctastic. Some of us used to call him Gokumario on purpose just to piss him off. :maffy:

There is so much footage to choose from. It's a lot of work just to edit down everything into what I deem are significant clips (combinations of what people say and/or do, continuations, etc.). I apologize if the coming video clips have any parts the majority of you find boring or pointless, but I'm of the opinion right now that there's some good stuff in what I'm going to upload. (Note: Volchok and I may or may not be the focal point in any of these clips, which are taken from a gathering/event a friend of mine hosted last week. All of these clips are unscripted. The only scripted clip out of everything is Oak vs. Volchok, Alternate Universe Edition).

Here's the deal: I've got to go film a basketball game in about 45 minutes. I'll try to post yesterday's clip up before I have to leave. Then I'll try to start the upload on the 10-minute clip for today. And then when I get back, hopefully that will have been uploaded (doubtful). After that, I'll pick some clips out for tomorrow. By Sunday, I hope to have Oak vs. Volchok (AUE) posted. But in the meantime, enjoy.

TO THE YOUTUBEZ!

Oh man. I'm just like wow. I don't know if it all made sense, but I do know I was laughing my ass off at these vids. Who the hell was that kid? It was hilarious when he had no idea what you were singing. Probably not the best rendetion of Bohemian Rhapsody I've seen, but probably the most interesting. :awe:
