I mean it's one of those things where Vegeta knew about him but probably looked at him as a disgrace since he didn't fight. And didn't consider him a "true" Saiyajin. So he never told Nappa and he never told Raditz. Then he just kind of had too much going on with Frieza and the androids and Cell and Buu to say, Oh yeah I have a brother. Kind of like, "Vegeta you never told us you had a brother!" and he says, "You never asked." I think he's just really small because he doesn't fight. Of course none of this will ever be explored and probably never this much thought was put into it. But it makes me feel good to think it.

Yeah, yeah, I got all that sh*t, so that wasn't my question. I was wondering why the pun of the two names aren't related like the other families are.. because I'm slow and it went way over my head. Thankfully Noodles enlightened me, and even reminded me that the Saiyan names = vegetable puns, something that I had forgotten with my much abated Dragonball fandom. So thank you Noodles.
