Looks a lot like the Dragonball trailer. In fact the two movies seem about even with each other in quality. Take that how you will.

Kami Posts: 9,079 Group: Members Member #9 Joined: April 10, 2006	While it doesn't look like it'll be too bad plot-wise, and it actually has a good cast, the limited budget and the bland, unimaginative cinematography and locations just scream "Direct-to-DVD Steven Segal movie" to me. I'm sure it'll be better than the '94 version, but it just looks so...cheap.

Night Shift Admin Posts: 2,067 Group: Admin Member #17 Joined: April 16, 2006	I went and saw the movie today, and I have to say it was just terrible. Nothing redeeming about this movie at all. One second your watching once scene and someone says in three days something will happen (by the way it's daylight out) the next apparently it's three days later (they never tell you if it is or not oh yeah by the way the next scene it's night time with out a transition). That same scene chun li is up in a giant crane or something like that, again no real explanation to why she is there she just is, and out of no where she is getting shot at. This movie moved way to fast and tried to put to much in a short period of time. Chun Li looks like a little Asian girl who moved to Hong Kong, then the next scene she looks like a white American women who doesn't know how to read Chinese, but still lives in Hong Kong. So she has lived in Hong Kong for at least 12 years (in a rich family mind you) and never learned how to read Chinese? This movie was just terrible and I had high hopes for it. The only thing about this movie that was any good was the very end when they actually mention a Street Fighter tournament and say something like "there is a fighter from Japan by the name of...Ryu I think. He looks like he might have some real potentia". Then the movie ends. So maybe if they make another movie it might be good, but this was just terrible.
