I guess I'm back.

Battle Angel Posts: 456 Group: Members Member #71 Joined: May 11, 2006	So, lets say that back in the year of 2008 I had a cumulative, whopping total of 4 posts. Perhaps I was bored? Perhaps I didn't enjoy the witty musings of the classics - as I know them to be - anymore. However, as I resorted to the lowest level of membership any forum has ever known, the lurker, I found that my leave would become a peaceful one. With nothing close to a conventional "goodbye", I figuratively packed my bags and headed onto a brand new chapter of my life. Furthermore, I was becoming a new person. I grew out of the anime fad, and found myself leaning towards a more suave, metrosexual lifestyle. Could I believe this was the fate of a young, immature boy known as "jstarbob"? Interestingly, I could. I realized that my need for success was measured by my potential, which I found to be of a great, finite limit. Have I matured, fully? No. But that's still an ongoing process for each and every one of us. Basically, the forum life was good to me back in the day. Though, I find that I let it go on a bit too long. I think I quit and made the necessary changes I needed to at the right time, because I saw the window of opportunity slowly closing. In fact, I feel that my absence could have been in good nature. Even though it wasn't pronounced, until now, I think that slowly fading out was less disappointing then a straight up leave could have been. I have made friends on here. I have made enemies. Now it feels as though I'm ready to escape any previous relationships (good or bad) that I may have had with any of you, and create new ones. Yeah, some of you may have forgotten who I am or even came after my time, but I don't want to be remembered as I was then. So I am perfectly content with this whole reintroduction deal. I'm not going to even make the promise that I will continue to stay on board, but I will drop by from time to time to see if I may be of help. Mind you, I may have been forgotten, but Ive never been lost. To sum all that long sh*t up: "I'm back." Sincerely, jstarbob.
