Autobot Posts: 842 Group: Members Member #160 Joined: June 25, 2006	As an online forum we're fairly popular, but what if we start to extend that so that we have a high and respected spot in the anime community. Our website has advanced and has come a long way as well as the forum and its members. I think some verion of this was mentioned before but one of the ways i was thinking was like a LAA shop, for people to buy posters. shirts,hats,calenders. I know of cafepress.com which one can sell non-copyrighted stuff meaning we cant use an anime pic but we can use our logo and name. Basically you design a graphic for a specific item (hat,shirt,coffeecup), you post it on there and sell it. Cafepress gets a percentage and the rest comes to the(LAA), and theres a shipping fee which depends on the item. That was just one suggestion, if anyone wants to post a shop they know of by all means please do. Oh and the designer will be members but they wont get a profit out of it. For example if I (Mssj.Vegeta) designs a mousepad and sends it to cafeshop under LAA the profit goes to LAA and not Me. The Designs will be purely donation based and must be 300 to 600 dpi for super intense quality. I will do more research on how the money thing works but thats justs my thoughts on Promotion if possible.

Playoff Mutton Chops Posts: 6,212 Group: Head Admin Member #8 Joined: April 9, 2006	I'd still like to make a few t-shirts and/or hats, but we know not many people would be buying them. We might try passing out some merch at Otakon this year as Cafe Press is fairly cheap, but we'll see.
