I don't think everybody voting 1 is automatically a hater who didn't even see it. I'm not a hater, I have seen it, I used to be a supporter, but if I'd have to vote now I'd rate it 1/10 as well. |

Wait you think it's the worst movie you've ever seen in your entire life? Because just from the trailers and the clips I've seen of it I can tell you it's not a 1. I've seen 1 movies before and I know this isn't one of them. Hell I wouldn't even say the old or new Street Fighter movies were even 1's. Edited by Adam, Mar 24 2009, 08:08 AM.

That I rate it a 1 doesn't mean that I think it's the worst movie I've EVER seen. It's certainly among the most terrible ones I've ever seen, though. I'll go as far and say The Legend of Chun Li was better. Yes it was a bad movie, but at least I was entertained. DBE just made me wanna cry. The DragonBall Universe is something that has been bringing me great joy for a number of years now, and seeing what FOX did with it just hurts my feelings. As a DragonBall fan, I'm insulted and I wouldn't hesitate to give this movie a minus 10 score, if that were possible. Judging it as a stand alone movie, I vote 1/10 because it is a movie with weak acting and it has an even weaker story where nothing is explained. Add to that the mediocre special effects, the terrible pacing (100 minutes won't change that by a long shot), the fact that the ending looks terribly rushed and the last battle is the most anticlimactic fight EVER. |

I have to agree with you there man.  I dont know why, but there are real haters out there. Dont matter how good it is they just want to put it down and make it worse. I just dont get it, if i dont like something i dont go and check out those web sites and forum everyday and say it sucks and rate it 1/10. If its so bad why spend anytime on this. + make a video and edit and upload, just to hate on it and say how it sucks. (if it sucks it sucks, people dont need to tell me that the grass is green when i can see its green). Now people with a real review i get and understand. They dont like this and they like this. They think they should do this better, and if they didn't like the movie then it would probably give it a 4 or 5/10. Thats a low score. Now 1/10 is like they just made magic begins. I dont know many movies that i would give it a 1/10. I saw little clips and trailer, i honestly think that this movie is a start for Dragonball Z (a big intro) and i would give it a C maybe C+. But thats just my prodiction. Ill give it my final rating after i see it. (ON BIG SCREEN). dont rate stuff that do stole.(downloaded, you know watch it over your computer). Because that picture looks like sh*t. peace out and have a good day.  laters

From a reviewers stand point giving a movie a 1 of 10 is saying it's the worst movie you've ever seen so far, as such from a reviewers stand point giving a movie a 10 of 10 is saying it's the best movie you've seen so far. That's why you don't ever see a lot of professional reviews that say the movie is a 1 of 10 or a 10 of 10 because that would be them saying it's the worst thing they've seen in there entire life's so far or the best thing they've seen in there entire life so far. |
