Well,I'm sure you all agree that this might be the,"Next big mistake after DBE" And i should tell you that i also agree...but from looking at these pictures of the set,i think "Mashalama" or whatever his name is,is taking a good approach to the movie,for now... This is about the LAA version of the beloved series "Avatar:The last Airbender" if you haven't realized... *Directed by: "M. Night Shamayalla" or whatever his name is.... *Cast: Indian,Iran,guys...I'm not judging any of them but i think that maybe "Shamaylan" or whatever his name is could do a better casting...the only people i find good for the job..is [Forgot their names so i'm putting their characters] Katara,Sokka,Iroh[But i hope they give him a fat-suit],Ozai,thats all...maybe Aang but we havent see a confirmed picture yet.. Here are the set pics...

They have that indian prick from slumdoog millianaire as Zuko. Honestly I would have prefered Jesse Mcartney (Even if he is that bad) than a patel dud that can't act at all. |

Seriously, lol. You would rather have had Jesse McCartney? At least Dev Patel isn't white! And what is wrong with Shaun Toub as Iroh? I actually thought that he was a great choice. I can deal with his lack of weight. |

I do think its a good choice but the weight thing might mess the film up..like roshi having hair AND NO BEARD IN DBE... and i like who's playing ozai...looks RAW...lol |

I doubt Avatar would be any where near as terrible as DBE. But my hopes have gone way down with this shitty ass cast. Not one person looks similar to there animated counter part. Hell this is something DBE even did decent. Also Avatar to work as a movie really needs to be on an epic scale, I just can't see M.Night delivering a epic movie. They should of got someone better to direct, and for god sakes they needed a casting director who was not blind as a bat. |

I hope the film turns out to be somewhat good. I wish the casting director had hired more ASIAN actors.
