I think the trailer might be a LA version of the intro to the show. When Katara says "Water, Earth, Fire, Air, long ago the four nations lived together in harmony, then everything changed when the fire nation attacked" ect..

The concept teaser was only compiled of concept art, stock footage, and concept CGI. A lot of the stuff seemed really awesome and completely reverent to the source material.
