It's just that it's come to light more recently that a lot of the time when a kid goes missing it's one of the parents or someone very close to the family that killed them, and the news channels are picking up on it a lot quicker so we hear more and more of these stories. A lot of people are rushing into having children too quickly without understanding what it implies. What a lot of younger couples that think it would be great to have children don't seem to understand is that once you have that child your life is over, and it will never be like it was before again. It's very scary if you are not ready for it and that's what happens to these people they have a kid the life they've lived and loved is all the sudden taken away and they blame there child for it. Of course there are other reasons, but lately it seems that all the parents killing there kids are the ones that just wanted to party all the time, if they just didn't have this darn kid around they could do that, type of people. EDIT: Just wanted to say I'm not making up an excuse for people killing there kids, just pointing out why I think they do it. Edited by Adam, May 22 2009, 09:41 AM.

Taking care of someone other than yourself is ALWAYS going to be overwhelming. But for thousands of years (hell, maybe even longer than that) people have successfully raised their children without murdering them. If she was so overwhelmed by having a child, maybe she should have shut her legs up or strapped a rubber on the father.

I realy dont have money to pay MY bills as it is, why should i pay taxes to keep some butthole baby killer, rapists and murderers alive? They take a life they should have theres taken. it wont be a worse punishment for them to LIVE knowing, because have of these criminals dont give a sht about what they've done. and even so, why should they be givin a chance when they so greedily took one away from another? The only exeption to this would be if you killed someone by accident, or self defense. otherwise Blow their f**ing heads off.
