Should I turn this ![]() and this ![]() into this ![]() I have loved my 69 for ever but the temptation is making me a little nuts recent experience with GM aside, and I cant afford a 2010 for a few years or I can sell the bird and the 69 and I think pretty much buy it outright or with a very small loan. Im not even sure what my 69 is worth but its pretty nice a couple small flaws that maybe I only see as flaws because I know the car very well. The TA who knows I actually had it sold for 4800$ but it became a nightmare so the deal never went down. Am I nuts? Should I keep the cars and wait for the 2010 a few years or should I jump in and get the new one. either way this is a good problem that i am very lucky to have , I value your opinions what do you guys think? |

Honestly, after talking to you at hooters, im pretty sure you said you never planned on selling the 69... and i would stick to your gut and say dont sell it. The 69 has more sentimental value to you then the 2010 would. |

Shit I was just trying to buy some upgrades for my kids.... Dude why buy a car that was made to look like a car you already own..... Keep the '69 try selling the firebird and save up for a 2011 F-body. You will regret selling that car if you do. |

she is here to stay the 2010 will come in time thanks for the input, I had a momentary lapse of reason. Hell the car is even our wedding album, I dont want to explain to my kid that we had that when you were born but its gone now, its like a family member. I love the 2010 but no car could ever replace my 69 , ok enough sentimental nonsense have a great day everyone, thanks again |

Glad to see you came to your senses. The GTA is my first car. There came a point where I really wanted a Supra and got one. I resisted trhe urge to sell the GTA and put it into storage. So now, a few years later, after the Supra's gone, I have the GTA and I honestly have to say I enjoy driving her a lot more than the Supra. There's nothing like having your first car. Nothing. |

Very similar story to mine. I got my T/A when i was 15. it was my first car, and i have had many since it. But getting back into it last yr. was the best thing ive ever done. And yes, it is way more fun than any of my other cars. Im very glad i never sold it. And i never will. |
