im looking to spend lik 150$ anyone know anything about them...im just looking for somethin to use on the parkway on the way home from work to avoid speed traps |

yea that def would...i dont feal lik spending year in school tho just to apply...i think eventualy im gonna end up enlisting as a marine eventualy...i hear milatary IDS work good 2..but for now i want a radar dector |

I have a really good Cobra one.. It worked perfectly on the LIE one night. I was cruising along at about 80-85 (my M3's sweet spot) Cranking the tunes. And all off a sudden the thing lit up like crazy. all the lighrts flashed. So i hit the brakes slowed down to about 60, and rolled right by the scumbucket... He would have nailed me if i didnt have the radar. I also kept it mounted in the left high corner of my windsheild. so the wire was hiden thrue the pillar, and its not noticable unless youre in the drivers seat. So they do work.. |
