i dont have pics so this might get lost in traslation if u can rember how the stock shifter looks it has 2 "grooves" cut into it ...one for the igniton colum lock and one for the transmison cabel the transmison cabel slides through the big plastic thing and the big plastic thing goes through the groove and two "clips" pop out like a fish hook(??)(good analage?) well both thoes clips broke one was broken when i changed shifter s and i didnet think anything of it...the other one just poped off...wheres the easyest way to get this peice... does it come seperatly or do i order a new shifter cabel? right now i duck taped around teh plastic peice enough so it does the job of the plastic clips.. i shifted up and down a few times so it i know it works i just dont expect it to last. |

Dont use duct tape, get some Zip Ties and see if theres a way to use them to hold the cable until you solve the problem If you dont have Zip ties, go pick up a container from Auto Zone with the different sizes. |

There has to be some way that the Zip Ties would work. I had to rig a shifter linkage on an RSX with Zip Ties one day. It's better than tape. I mean come on. Really man? |
