I was just pondering the same thing. I think it will be pretty expensive cause they will fo inside the doors, both sides of the hood, engine compartment. Idk let us know what you find out. |

We usually tell people between $3000-$3500 for a complete at the shop I work at. That includes R&I time, repair time on minor imperfections and the cost of materials. We use DuPont's full line of solvent base products, which is a good chunk of the cost of the job. They are expensive products but very durable and forgiving to work with. |

I may personally kick you butt if you change that color. Leave it, car is beautiful and straight unless you want to pony up some serious cash..at least 3g's. If the car wasn't as straight or in such nice condition go ahead. I had the color changed on my old vette back in the day, stuck w/the same tone but different shade and it cost my $3400 about 12 years ago...seeing how they did it, they took the entire interior out and sprayed 15"'s into the vehicle...all lights windows out etc. Luckily, the engine bays were painted black from the factory so they didn't have to do that....bottom line, expensive to do right! |

Unless you know how to do it yourself it's gonna cost a shitload for a color change, the car has to be taken apart completely and preshot. Then put back together and outside painted then everything else for final assembly, mine usto be white, never again will I do a color change |

There was a '77 style for sale around the corner from my parents... I was like 14 or 15 I think. It was a coppery color metallic. Still gets me tingly thinkin bout it.
