good paint shops in NYC

I need a good paint shop in NYC to have my bowling ball hubcaps repainted. I had them done and I was not happy with them. The shop did not fill in the dents and scratches.
Later on I am going to have my whole car repinted but for now, I want to get the original rims back on the car.

I think the correct term is auto body technician, but my shop is slightly differ, aside from regular cars we specialize in factory restorations and resto mods, been in th game over 60 years, I'm the new blood at the shop that has all the crazy ideas, me and my boss it's like rat fink meets chip foose, worked on a Saturn today with suspension damage but also set up a 71 Mach 1 mustang for a coilever conversion and a 4.6 swap and a 57 chevy 3100 pickup truck resto mod, never a boring day, but you are correct, fellow members do get the extra touch to their work

The car has most of its original paint. The quarters were painted 20 years ago when some moron keyed the car. The hood was just recently painted by someone who I thought was a friend who couldn't figure out how to spray lacquer. He was a coworker I used to work with and his family has a collision shop. I had a minor dent in the hood that required painting the entire hood, and the rest of the car is lacquer so I wanted the same finish on the car. Needless to say, I no longer consider him a friend. The car looks good in the pic, but it is a 10 footer with scratches and imperfections. I really want show quality at this point. I am at a transitional point with the car. I need to do t top seals, and interior panels have faded a bit and I want to dye them. I don't want to take out the interior now, and scrape off old seals now, and then in a few years I have to do it again. As much as it is going to kill me to take off the remaining original finish, I think it's time. I just want it done right, so it looks as original as possible, and this time in base coat clear coat urethane. Hopefully it's wet sanded to perfection.
At his point after having several shops work on the car, and having less than satisfactory work done, I need a quality shop, and I am hoping Alex will check out the car and give me a price on some work. He seems to come highly recommended on these boards.

Alex - Did you get my PM?
