Turbonetics I think its the best way to go for drivabilty and gives me the best of both worlds less strain on the motor too Should be at 580 to rear wheels they say Ill be saving for suspension next |

Lol Dave no problem, mike it's not bad, u can drive around and not hit boost all day if u want, I would recommend getting drag radials for the back of the car tho, and I can give ya lessons I ya want, plus make sure the seat is bolted down good. |

There are a lot of 5th gens roaming around w/500+ hp....check ebay...about 30% of them have some sort of forced induction let alone cars that are modified from the factory like nickey chevrolet, slp's, callaways etc that probably have minimal structure reenforcement from factory if any. zl550's probably have some additional tidbits but you guys have to remember gm built this placeform to support the 435hp it current has, plus having the hindsight to have it support a forced induction platform down the road by gm or its subsidiaries...this 'zeta' platform is probably crazy strong..maybe strut braces, and x brace for the rear is all you need..powertrain should be fine w/the added 100-125hp imo. |

from what I have read a body brace or a sub frame conector will help , also at 6 or 7 lbs of boost I should be good to go on stock stuff . How ever I will be saving for a beefed up tranny and at some point forged enternals when its time to turn the boost up Ill also (but I dont think its a must) add some suspension stuff |

You will be fine, it's not like your going to be taking the car to the track every week and a good tuner can push it to 8-10lbs with no problem, on the other hand if your going to run D/r's start saving for a new trans and rear. |

Hp tv just did a magna charger on a 5th today...they upgraded the axles and half shafts to 1 single unit...swapped the clutch...pushing 6lbs of boost, they dyno'd before 360whp...afterwards 475whp...added a magnaflow catback and used the stock air filter w/upgraded s/c elbow....retuned ecu..thats it...115hp gain. |

the # after the maggie are low from what I see around my guys no one is under 530 even the Edelbrock E force car is at 530 rwhp 1BAD5TH is at 556 and Adam ace is at 604 1badazzls3 is at 700+ but hes cammed and has a huge vortech Even Cuz Vinnys TBSS is in the mid 500s wonder why this was so low |
