Nov 1911 race car driver Louis Chevrolet built the first Chevrolet. 100 years, through 2 World Wars, the Great Depression, the hippie movement, Agua-Gate, countless recessions and the Corvair. Chevrolet held a vote on its website of the best chevy of all time....sadly i didn't get it correct ('57 bel air, quintessential cruiser imo), congrats to the '69 camaro.

Which poses another question in light of recent economic events and the ballout.......Do you think they will be around to celebrate the bi-centennial?

We grew up with '56 Bel Aire straight 6, I believe....I remember we drove to Canada once and the car could barely make some of hills! Dad was a Chevy man.
