Nice! You sure there's enough slope for the snow?

Not to worry. Over built with 2x10s. More than enough for the snow. My upper roof is same pitch and only 2x6s. If its a bad snow I can always shovel it.

You need to address that floor. I would suggest 16x16 pavers.

Gravel is the cheapest alternative for now..just fill in over that dirt. You let the town know duke? I know i have to if i did something like that...jersey wants their money.

Looks real good. I'm with alex, build the walls around it and make it a two car garage.

I'm a little ignorant when it comes to home owning, but why do you need to let the town know what you're building? Do they have to make sure it's up to code then charge you more tax for it?
Currently looking for a 91-92 Z28, TTA or GN

Pretty much in Jersey you need to tell them if you put a shed on your property...for tax reasons yes. Its all stated on the mls when you sell and town tax code....even down to what your driveway is composed of, asphault, gravel, dirt, etc.

Its the same here but I can't be bothered with waiting for inspections. Did it in one day. Didn't attract any attention. Shouldn't be an issue until I sell.

Thanks guys. Whatever floor goes down it has to be smooth so work can be done if necessary so no gravel. As soon as the weather starts to warm up again ill decide what to do. Still gotta cap it and put up a gutter.
