![]() One of the most legit tough guys in this business. One of the most deserving, hardest working men I have ever had the privilege of working with. He started his craft and came into the limelight as a tag team wrestler and evolved over the years as a singles wrestler capturing numerous championships and accolades. His greatest accomplishment was arguably winning a 365 Day contract which would have seen him be able to cash in an opportunity to compete for the UcW Championship any time over the next year. Unfortunately he was unable to use that contract as UcW Closed its doors for the final time. He was a UcW Original and through his contributions grew a local indie into a world-wide phenomenon. And because of this and so much more, we welcome Mark Brown into the PWL/UcW/WsW Hall of Fame, Class of 2011! -------------------------------------------- ![]() THE ASSASSIN. One of the greatest technical wrestlers to ever lace up a pair of boots. He began his career as a tag team wrestler and achieved great success as a member of the faction Absolute Power. When Absolute Power arrived in UcW, they quickly established themselves as the team to beat. Aligning himself with Sven Watersford and Bill Masters, the group was near untouchable. Assassin, along with Sven Watersford captured the UcW Titles under the banner of the faction on two occasions. Once the group dissolved, Assassin branched out of his own to forged his singles career and never looked back. He captured every singles championship UcW had to offer and also added the distinction of being the first and only man in UcW History to call himself a Grandslam Champion. For all his accomplishments, we welcome ASSASSIN into the Hall of Fame, Class of 2011! -------------------------------------------- ![]() BILL MASTERS arrived on the scene in UcW and immediately began causing waves. Aligning himself with a political advisor, Bill claimed his intention of one day becoming the President of the United States. He would achieve mild success as the political candidate but in a match that would see him resign from the race if he were to lose, he indeed did just that. But this loss only gave way to bigger and better things. He adopted the moniker “Mr. Integrity” and formed a stable called Integrity Inc. Integrity Inc was a collection of some of the greatest wrestling talent in the industry, and with Masters at the helm, they were near unstoppable. Bill would win his first UcW Championship at Fightfest in a Doomsday lottery Match, which would see him carry that title, putting back every possible challenger by hook or crook, until UcW Closed its doors. During his run in UcW from 2006 through 2011, Masters amassed a collection of Championships which included the World Title, setting the record for the longest reign, the Superstar Championship and the Tag Team Championships. He would also go on to become owner of UcW, winning that right once again, in the Doomsday Lottery Match. Masters would go on to continue his legacy in PRIME, becoming partial owner of that company as well. For all his accomplishments in and out of the ring, Bill Masters joins the Hall of Fame, Class of 2011! -------------------------------------------- ![]() Scott Slaney was always the man behind the curtain. No matter what the current angle was, Scott was always the man pulling the strings. Founding UcW in 2006, he brought together a small group of talent from various federations, looking to stake claim to some wrestling gold in Seattle Washington. Hiring Nigel Underwood and Brian Score as his 'on air' managers, Scott prefered the off camera role. Scott worked with and partnered with many different companies over the years, always with the same goal, promoting the UcW Name, growing it's name recognition in mainstream media, and expanding it's fan base. He eventually took his show on the road, making an annual stop in London England where he always managed to recruit new talent. Over UcW's five years of existance, he made many stars Including Van Wyld, Bill Masters, and although already names in their own right, brought guys like The Assassin and Mark Brown to a new level. Scott has decided to hang up his 'promoting boots' for now, but Wrestling is in his blood. Time will tell where he shows up next. For all his contributions to Unlimited Enterprises, we welcome Scott Slaney into the Hall of Fame Class of 2011. © Wyld Side Wrestling 2011 |
