Theme music: 'Wolfblood' by Adrien von Ziegler

Tag team entrance: The lights dim as 'Wolfblood' begins to play. Red smoke emerges from the smoke machine covering the entrance ramp. After around ten seconds Rex Moa and Rei Ginsei step through the cloud of smoke. Rex stretches out his arms and bellows a war-cry, whilst Rei keeps himself perfectly still. After a few more moments the two begin making their way down towards the ring, Rex playing up his role by trading insults with the crowd and generally telling everyone within earshot how great he is. Rei, on the other hand, keeps himself calm and collected, the only readable emotion on his face being a slight visage of disdain, the chalk to Rex's cheese. At ringside, Rex climbs the steel steps and steps between the middle and top rope into the ring, he pounds his chest a few times, letting everyone know just how strong he is. Rei, meanwhile quietly slides inside the ring and springs to his feet, once in the centre of the ring he suddenly begins stiffly pounding both of his eyes with his own fists, once he has opened up a gash above each eye, he stops and smudges the dripping blood around his eyes, creating a crude, red form of eyeshadow. The music fades out and the lights return to normal. The New Bloods are now ready for their match.

Tag team biography:
After six months of Mike Castle pleading for a more hands-on role backstage, Steve Corman finally relented, if only to get a moments peace. Not quite willing to give Castle any power over the booking, he instead gave him the chance to prove himself by giving him the temporally job as a talent scout. Corman told him to scout out the very best talent he could find and supplied him with limited company funding, adding that if Castle returned with magic beans, he would sic Ronnie Grimes on him, before firing him.
Keen to make a good first impression, Castle even added to the funding by dipping into his own pocket. To take the search outside of America, he used his last remaining contacts in london to help put the feelers out.
In the end Castle finished up with six prospective wrestlers that he deemed worthy of a placement... but sadly due to an oversight in the budget, he could only over placements to two of them; New Zealander Rex Moa and Liverpudlian Rei Ginsei.
Initially worried that he would have to scrap his plans of forming a tag team, due to the fact that Rex and Rei couldn't stand one another, Mike was however delighted to discover that despite their differences, Rex and Rei's conflicting styles meshed perfectly in the ring.
Realising that his backstage standing with Corman depends on the success of The New Bloods, Castle will big these two relentlessly whenever given the chance.
Castle affectionately refers to The New Bloods as 'Mike Castle Guys', but it's painfully obvious that neither man could care less about him, and are only working together to further their own careers.

Shortly after their introduction to the EWS community, The New Bloods were quickly offered a position NSPW, where they made an impact, although earning no gold. A brief feud against Tyler Zane however got Rei Ginsei noticed as a future star, showing skills that are welcomed in such a company.

Biography: Self confessed bogan (New Zealander slang for low class), Rex and his six brothers were raised on a farm solely by their drunken abusive father, a man bitter against womankind after his wife wisely chose to leave the nest when Rex was barely a toddler.
Along with barroom brawls and Japanese Hentai, Rex developed a massive passion for wrestling in his teenage years, the very first time he caught Tamu the Tongan Tiger in action on a low quality YouTube video. Rex and his other hayseed friends started a small backyard promotion on the farm, and by the time he was twenty he moved to Auckland to join a wrestling school, using every last dollar he had to join. Although far from athletic, the brute strength he had acquired during his time on the farm, combined with his natural ferocity, was enough for local promoters to single him out. Within seven years Rex's skills had progressed to the point that he was headlining independent shows across New Zealand.
It was during this period that Mike Castle had gotten in contact with Rex's promoters, expressing interest in giving 'The Bogan Berserker' a try-out. Upon meeting Rex, Castle was initially disappointed, as he was expecting a Maori warrior, instead he was faced with a lout that was murdering the bar tab. However, Castle's disappointment soon evaporated when he saw how Rex could go in the ring, believing that if he could iron out the creases, Rex could be a profitable performer.
Castle selected only Rex and another out of a group of five. The other wrestler was Rei Ginsei, and the two would be chosen to form a tag team called 'The New Bloods'. The two instantly took a disliking for one another, with Rex branding Rei 'a fake Jap' after discovering that he had no interest in Hentai. Rex does have enough common sense to understand that his odd-couple pairing with Rei has, and will, be beneficial for the both of them.
Although having little to no respect for Castle, he did warm to him slightly when he was presented with a Tamu the Tongan Tiger autograph.

Additional information: After each match, Rei will tear out a tuft of his opponents hair, adding it to his collection of 'souvenirs'.

Biography: Born and raised in a working class Liverpudlian housing estate, Rei grew up far from proud of his surroundings, believing himself to be far superior than those around him.
Believing that he had gained all that he ever would from the education system, Rei left school at age fourteen, despite being at the top of most of his classes.
By age sixteen Rei was already working the doors of his local bars and nightclubs, making up for his slight frame with a natural toughness and sadistic nature.
It was at this age that Rei first came into contact with the world of wrestling, joining a local club in order to embarrass a hated rival in front of his friends. Discovering a sick thrill from hurting people within a controlled environment, Rei remained in the club even after beating his rival to a pulp, excelling in every technique he was tutored in. The teachers, although wary of Rei's reputation, believed they were doing the community a service by keeping him off the streets.
Over the next ten years, Rei had make a name for himself on the independent circuit, despite never working for a major corporation.
In 2014 Rei suffered minor controversy when rumours emerged of his gangland connections, although the rumours remained unfounded, it surprisingly raised his profile and value.
In late 2016 Rei was contacted by none other than WsW's Mike Castle and offered the chance to become a part of EWS. When he first took note of Rei's thick Liverpudlian accent, Castle could barely hide his disappointment, realising that he wasn't getting an authentic Japanese wrestler, and that Rei's family was two generations removed from Japan, but was overjoyed to discover that the hype surrounded Rei's skills were founded.
Out of six applicants, only Rei and Rex were chosen to join EWS. The two were quickly paired together to form The New Bloods.
Rei took an instant dislike to his new partner, considering him uncouth and ignorant, yet he still considers Rex a good 'attack dog', and is willing to work alongside him, just as long as they need not associate outside of the ring.
