Oh, I see what you did there.
I just ate. Enchiladas, to be exact. Mmm. But come to think of it, breakfast wasn't that long ago. I had leftover Chinese food from yesterday that I ate for breakfast, lol. I have a growing candy collection in my room. It's pretty impressive right now, but I think it needs Giant Pocky and some peppermint bark and/or more chocolate. I'll take another picture of it, someday. Only problem is, I actually don't eat that much chocolate. I just like to have it around for a nibble on rare occasion, perhaps. Actually, I like an assortment, and especially if it's colorful. Makes my room brighter. The only problem is how I'm actually going to, uh, eat all of it. I eventually get around to it, I suppose, so it's not a huge problem... On the other hand, I could always gift/re-gift it, lol. Valentines day is coming up, after all. |

I dunno what you're talking about. I likes chocolate. But I don't eat that much of it, and even though I still don't like the aftertaste of dark chocolate, I eat it because it's healthier. I want pocky right now anyways... damn, when I get a chance, I'm gonna find the nearest store that sells it and buy a buttload of it. The only time I've had peppermint bark was with a latte. I stuck it inside and let the heat melt it.... WOW. Talk about awesomeness. |

Yeah, candy is good. I'm tired. This post is unproductive, but that's fine, since this is an off-topic thread. Woot! Whoa, there's a red line under my woot for some reason...is that a spellchecker? On a forum? WTF? Although I suppose some people need it, probably not anyone here though. |

No, sir, I think that red line is probably an advertisement or something.. that happens sometimes, though it's usually a green line for that, and it's a double line. Spell-checker on a forum.. that'd be nice for an RP forum.. >_> Of course, ya know.. if you had RPers... |

I don't know...it only happens with words that are net lingo or crammed together, since I spell nearly everything else correctly. It didn't show up in the post, so it must be a spellchecker. Though since you have no knowledge of this, that's really weird, since it seems like something you'd have to go out of your way to install in the forums. Maybe it's just me, I suppose it could always be spyware or something, I'm sure my computer is filled with spyware and viruses thanks to my little bro looking up porn on his account of the computer, which is obvious despite his poor attempts to hide it. |

Or it could be the built-in spellchecker, if you use Firefox. It has one in the new version, you know. Lol. I don't really eat chocolate as a health food. Sure, it has antioxidents, but I drink a buttload of tea, so it's not like I need anymore. Chocolate is good, but it does have fat, especially saturated fat, which is not really good for you, obviously. I'm trying to keep an eye on what I eat; I had a couple of truffles today. But I usually do pretty good, so I guess I'm not too worried about it. I got a killer deal on a really high-quality overcoat today. I'm pretty excited. It's nice and warm. Also, I got a long scarf for the cold weather, and a tie, just for the looks. Actually, according to everyone, it looks good with my blouse. It's pretty, uh, professional-looking. |

Lulz, as my friend David says, "Pics or it didn't happen." I will take pics, someday. But I'm not done searching for clothes yet, unfortunately. One of my friends couldn't accompany me, because she was sick, so I suspect she'll try to take me once summer rolls around. I did get some other shirts, and my mom thinks that I look like a totally different person now. It's hilarious. But I was still freezing my arse off, which is why I got the coat. Little jackets just won't do it for me. It was hard finding one that actually fit, because everyone is so huge nowadays, but I don't want one of those trendy puffed jackets with fake fur around the collar. Somehow, they made a really small mention of the spellchecker when I dled the latest Firefox. So I wouldn't be surprised if you didn't know. Personally, I think it would be hilarious if they added the internet lingo. |

Me either. I did upgrade to Firefox 2 earlier today, so that explains it. I didn't even see that in the list of new features. Hmm. Yes, pictures are good. We demand satisfaction! I realize the most recent picture of me is from May or so, not counting the one in July at a friend's wedding since I was inbetween other people, but I look basically the same, other than sporting a somewhat used leather jacket now. |

My "ah!" picture is from, like, October of my sophomore year. Which means over a year ago. It's not like I've changed at all, lol. I think that's what I say every year, though. Some people say I look way different from what I used to be, though, so I guess it's hard to say... I just don't know how people buy all the expensive brand-name clothes. My God. It's, like, $20 for a shirt, if you're lucky. Sometimes, they cost $40+, which is just madness, since brand-name clothes are also very poorly made. My friends just dragged me to Ross and got a ton of shirts for me, and they actually did pretty good, considering how it's a discount clothes store. And then I went and got this overcoat for, like, $60 at Eddie Bauer, of all places, which is unbelievable, since it's high-quality. Amazing. Still need bottoms, though. I anticipate my friends making me get skirts, once spring and summer roll around. If I'm in a particularly affable mood, I'll get either Oxford shoes or loafers, and then some boots. Plus some regular ones, of course. I've had the same shoes for, like, a year. |

Yar. I've got Smackdown up and running, so I'll start the review soon. I'm sure they're going to be a work-in-progress sort of thing, since I have nothing to take pictures with(I could always steal them from other sites, but that's kind of lame) and will have to develop a scoring system and all that. Yeah, those clothes are ridiculous. All it is is a logo. Usually there's nothing funny or interesting on the shirts, or even anything on the front, just a small logo on the front for a large fee. It doesn't matter to preppy kids because their parents buy them everything, and then the other people who wear them usually seem like they're trying to fit in or something. If the clothes had a bunch of funny sayings or something that'd be one thing, but they don't. Shoes are horrible, aren't Nikes like 100 bucks or so? And I always hear about how they're made in sweatshops and don't last very long. The Dr. Scholls gel shoes I have(oh yes, I splurged last time) were like 26 bucks and have lasted almost a year, and I bought some sturdy non-slip steel toe boots a coulpe weeks ago for 20 bucks. I realize since I'm a cheap bastard, a lot of things just seem impractical to me since I'm so intent on saving money, but the ridiculousness of brand names is obvious. |

I consider it to be a real test of who's a follower. Anyone with common sense can tell that the shirts you buy at brand-name stores are extremely poor quality, so it's not like you're buying it because it's good. Which means that it's either design or just because of popularity. But the designs aren't that great, like you said. They're identical or inferior to other clothes, IMHO. That kind of leaves popularity. And anyone who questions the legitimacy of social rules needs to be ridiculed. I like cheap clothes, but only if they're not made to be cheap. I'm willing to spend extra money if there's better quality, which pretty much rules out brand names. I think I need some knee-high black boots to go with this coat, but perhaps sometime else. I have some Vans shoes I'm wearing right now that I got at a discount store, and they're holding out nicely. |

Bah. I was very paranoid driving to a place I was doing temp. work for last night, since the roads were quickly accumulating with snow and mycarsucks. It was far better in the morning since the roads had been salted. I think most, if not all of the school days this week have been cancelled because of snow/ice. Of course it all depends on the superintendent of your school, but I think generally it sucks outside right now. Which is lame. |

Actually, since today was our first day back from the unexpected break, we didn't take any tests. The reason why is because we had, like, a half-day. Lulz. I guess the chemistry test is being put off, because people (>75%, I'll bet) are already halfway into the semester, but don't know how to write equations, which is hilarious. The psych test was given as a take-home test, and the math test will probably be on Monday. Fair enough. The temp warmed up again here, so the snow's melting. Oh well... |

Hah, I had a chemistry lab to do today. Actually, I just had to finish it up, but when I got there, I saw that half of the work had actually been done because my chem teacher was gone and my physics teacher (who also teaches chem as well) had done half of the work for me to show the class as an example. So, as a result, all I had to do was measure the voltage of the different cells that we had. Not cells in the sense of many tiny things, but like cells in a...well, it's hard to explain, but it's like a circuit that we had to make. The whole 3.5 days-off thing was seriously awesome. I was all sore and stuff from going on a snowboarding trip, so I'm glad I had the opportunity to heal my wounded muscles. Then yeah, since it was a half-day I had nothing to do (except the first part of a math test...D:). |
