Good site...haven't seen it in a while. Nothing beats a good parabolic microphone(Bionic ear) and a good digital recorder. Don't forget the Cool Edit software.

What i was interested in is the size of the parabolic reflector need for the low range frequency recording.

According to this website it is going to have to be a few meters in diameter.

If anyone is doing research on making recordings please let me know

Do you mean research on making a recording as in going out to record sasquatch? ;) Because me and my family will be going to Bull Run Mountain in Virginia tonight at around nine o'clock to 11o'clock PM to record some sounds. If we get any, we will tell you!
