 It sounds very much like Inuit people from Northern Canada or Alaska. Very compelling video, did you notice how the creature crouched lower when he panned back the second time. This thing is huge looks like 10-12 feet tall

 That's interesting...I was hoping to see some movement. I couldn't tell but as the boat started to speed up it seemed to move, but it could have been due to the change of position of the boat, not sure.
